Mr. Detailing Terms and Conditions

We appreciate your business! When you book with Mr. Detailing you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein. At Mr. Detailing we take your privacy seriously. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone. However, we do send out occasional emails and may use third parties to send emails regarding our monthly specials.

Rain Dates

Weather is a main factor when it comes to performing our mobile detailing services. When booking, please be aware that weather may not always allow us to detail your vehicle on the scheduled date. We will not perform services if weather will not allow us to achieve the superior results we aim to deliver. If weather is not ideal on your service date, we will contact you the morning-of to reschedule your appointment.

 

Reasons for rescheduling include but aren't limited to:

Precipitation of any kind - Even a light drizzle can potentially ruin a detail.

Low temperatures - Weather should be 40 degrees or warmer at the time of detail. Also, heat advisories will call for cancellation.

High Winds - Double digit winds can be dangerous when working with chemical cleaning agents.

Arrival Time - 1 Hour Grace

We will make every attempt to start or arrive within the time scheduled, however we allow a 1 hour grace window as each vehicle and customer is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing service. Should we run 1 hour or more behind schedule, we will be sure to contact you with an estimated time of arrival.

Personal Belongings

Once you have scheduled your auto detailing service on the day of your service, please make sure to remove all your personal items from your vehicle prior to the team arrival. Your Mr. Detailing Expert will conduct an inspection of your interior to confirm you have removed any items of value. Mr. Detailing will not be held responsible nor accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.

Final Inspections

We welcome all customers to perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle once services are completed. Should you find anything our team has missed, simply point it out and we will make it right. Our team will be dedicated to making sure you're happy with your service. Should you fail to inspect your car or have someone else inspect your car on your behalf, Mr. Detailing will not be responsible should you find something our team has missed. Therefore, while our team is there and ready to assist, please take the time to inspect your vehicle.

 

Cancellations

When scheduling your appointment, we require a valid credit/debit card to hold your date and time. Should you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must provide us with a 24 hours notice. You may easily cancel or reschedule via phone or through our online booking terminal. Failure to provide us with a 24 hour notice will result in your card being charged a non-refundable $35 cancellation fee.

Pre-Existing Damages

It is often difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection as some vehicles tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don't work or become loose and cracked without the owner's knowledge. Therefore, should your Mr. Detailing Expert find any items that are not working properly OR are worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken, we will bring it to your attention. Hence, you agree not to hold Mr. Detailing responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car. Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks. Should your Mr. Detailing Expert find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware. However Mr. Detailing will not be responsible for correcting pre-existing paint or body imperfections if your service does not include it. Mr. Detailing will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint or body imperfections during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.

Right to Refuse

Mr. Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with our service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. Mr. Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customers demands that are above, and or beyond the booked detailing service.

*Heavily Soiled Vehicles or abnormal conditions will be subject to an extreme conditions assessment

*Services subject to sales tax calculated during checkout
